Children's Party Game Ideas:

• We prefer to keep the games that we actually do to ourselves and not make them public, simply because over the years we have had lots of DJs come and go while trying to copy and emulate what we do. So for this reason we will only list some of the things they may still do but we don't.
• The obvious is pass the parcel, it needs no explanation although there are some variations on the traditional game depending on the age group. Such as instead of opening each layer when the music stops and finding a sweet or prize you have to read a joke or do the forfeit found in each layer.
• Musical bumps, musical chairs and musical statues, again no explanation is needed.
• Dressing up the human dummy, in this relay game once the music starts, teams have to dress up their captains as quickly as possible to win. You will need any even number of players, a selection of matched clothes for the children to be dressed in, i.e. hats, gloves, scarves, coats, etc. Each team chooses a captain who stands at the opposite side of the room. When the music starts, the first player on each team runs up to the captain and puts a piece of clothing on them, such as a hat, scarf, handbag etc. Then this player runs back and tags the second player on the team and so on, until each member of the team has added an item of clothing or until the pieces of clothing are finished. The team who finishes first wins!
• The Mummy game, this time groups are formed and one child in each group is selected to be the mummy, while the music plays the children use toilet roll as a bandage to create a mummy, once the music stops the best looking mummy's team wins.
