SoundONE Disco - Booking a disco with us is very easy:

Step By Step Booking Guide:

• Step 1: Let us know what the event is and the approximate number of guests expected, including age group if applicable (eg 18th birthday).
• Step 2: Let us know the full address including the postcode of the venue.
• Step 3: Tell us the exact date and the time that your event starts and ends and what time we can get in to setup (we usually require 60 minutes to setup).
• Step 4: Let us know the type of music you want played at the event or make a list if you have any specific requests that you would like played.
• Step 5: Pay a £100.00 to secure your booking this can be done online via our Quick Pay link or you can request our bank details for bank transfer or send us a cheque.
• Step 6: We will send you a booking contract, so please check we have all the correct details, venue, date, times, etc. Once signed this completes and guarantees your booking in writing.
• Step 7: We requre the balance on or before and no later than 28 days before your event we will email you our BACS details for the outstanding balance.
• Step 8: Pay the balance and email us, we will email you with confirmation the balance has been received.
• Step 9: Email us any songs you would or wouldn't like played on the night no later than 2 weeks before the event.
• Step 10: We will see you on the day :)

Additional Information:

It normally takes us and we ask for 60 minutes to setup before an event and about the 30 minutes to pack away the equipment after the event has finished, this is obviosly dependet on what the access is like, so please remember this when booking your venue, thank you.

The majority of venues we work in it's relatively straight forward for us to get equipment in and out and setup. But there are a few venues we do, where it is quite difficult and awkward to get equipment in and setup, like Lusty Glaze for example. Ideally we like to be able to park as close as possible to unload our van, because obviously the further away we are from the venue we are the longer it will take us to setup. Also if it's upstairs or downstairs, or if it just has difficult access or obstacles we will require more time than usual to setup. So if it is going to be difficult for us to get close to the venue or if there are yellow lines or any other parking or loading restrictions, please let us know before booking, we can then make sure we either set-off earlier or organise additional help, thank you.
